We recently decided to upgrade our flooring in the kitchen, bathroom, back entrance, small sitting room, and stairs. I visited and spoke with four businesses who install flooring and collected samples from each. They answered my questions and offered advice but were not "pushy" in the least. I returned a few more times and each time my confidence in Red Kayak and their owners and staff grew.

The installation was done with conscientious care and workmanship. Three installers were involved at different times and the owners of Red Kayak drove out to check on the progress. The work ethic of Justin and the other installers was second to none, not something you see often these days. I knew the stairs would not be easy, as they are old and very uneven, but they look fantastic! The job was done beyond our satisfaction.
If you are thinking of installing new flooring, I cannot say enough about Red Kayak, and highly recommend them!

Very nice showroom to speak to their specialists and get assistance with choosing a flooring option that's right for your home. We dealt with Amy who was great throughout the process. She brought Travis into our home to measure and discuss our space before placing an order.

Once flooring arrived we met Layne and team of carpenters/installers who were respectful while in our home. Once the job was complete it was clear that they did things right and the end product was impressive. It was also a nice touch that Amy and Travis setup a home visit at the end of the project to view the end product and ensure the customer was happy... would recommend Red Kayak!
